As a functional medicine provider, our role is to be a detective and find the root cause in your unique scenario.  We begin with a 90-minute initial visit to discuss what the root cause(s) may be in your unique case.  We then work together for however long is needed to reverse the root cause and take you from not just surviving but thriving.  Our follow up visits are 50 minutes and occur twice a month.  You may purchase packages in advance for cost savings advantages.  Remember, that it has often taken us years to become unwell and will likely be a journey to become well.  It is our greatest pleasure to be the one to walk that path with you.  At this time, these visits are only offered virtually but may have in person capability in the future.

We use conventional labs from places like LabCorp, Quest, and CPL as well as our functional laboratory testing to gain insight into what might be causing the symptoms you are experiencing.  This data is invaluable to show what is occurring on a deeper level.  Many times, the conventional approach misses these key clues into what disease might be at play.  Functional testing includes advanced stool studies, toxicity screening, nutrient analysis, advanced hormone testing, food sensitivity testing, organic acids testing, plus many many more.

Our clients receive discounts on professional grade supplements and recommendations from the Provider that is tailored to their individual needs. We have accounts with Fullscript dispensary and Wholescripts dispensary.  They will also have access to purchase Cellcore products.  This is an amazing resource as the supplement industry is not regulated.  We want to ensure you are getting what you are paying for and that it has the desired effect on your body.

When you choose to work with us, you are choosing more than a health care provider.  You are investing in care that helps to transform the environment in which you live.  Many of us have become sick due to the environment in which we have asked our bodies to thrive.  The root is often high stress, a growing toxic burden, poor sleep, a sedentary lifestyle, and/or a nutrient depleted diet.  We work with you to ensure your diet, home, and work environments become as optimal as possible to promote your health.  It is our goal to help you take charge of your health in these areas so that healing may begin.  Lifestyle modifications and coaching are included with your visits.

You can choose to participate in a yearlong monthly membership plan, which will award the patient a savings of approximately 50 % from the normal functional medicine visit costs.  This plan does award the client with discounted initial visit rates as well as reduced acute care visits (sick visits), including 1 sick visit per member at no cost annually, plus one additional sick visit that anyone on the membership plan may use.  Members also get discounted rates on approved supplement brands and access to all functional laboratory testing.  Members will receive 20 % off on all courses that are offered through the Imperishable Seed, PLLC.  Additionally, they will have priority scheduling and they will have Provider access through the patient portal.  They will have priority when booking any specialty events that The Imperishable Seed, PLLC offers.  The membership plan is only awarded to a certain number of patients a year in order to keep quality of care for those who choose to participate.  As with the functional medicine packages, these are currently virtual only until our in-house office is finished.
